Material sending roller convey fabric into steaming zone by no tension. Conveyor mesh belt ( PPS mesh belt for high temperature) is used. \u00a03 sets high humidity steaming device are equipped to relax the fabric. steaming conveyor speed is adjusted automatically by photo sensor. 2 sets of vibration device are equipped for more relaxation. Felt is attached on steaming zone upper cover inside, which is drain control and to be piled up steam in steaming zone.<\/p>\n

\uff23 heating device<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Teflon belt prevent piled up of fabric, and upper heater can be lifted up depend on a material. High efficiency steam heaters are used and material sending roller is equipped,<\/p>\n

\uff24 cooling section<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Conveyor mesh belt is adopted.\u00a0 Vacuum can be adjusted by volume on operation panel. Folding device detect fabric end automatically, fabric is folded to 600mm width. Working speed is adjustable between 0 to 12m\/min.<\/p>\n
